With over 15 years experience in the real estate industry, Peter Bower specializes in real estate transactions, real estate and small business contracts, franchises, M&A, landlord and tenant law, construction law, HOA law, and corporate law.

During his prior tenure as in house counsel at a private real estate investment firm with over $1 billion in assets, he managed all legal matters, including the sale and leasing of real property, HR, tax appeals, contract negotiation, franchise, business and personal property tax, mediation and arbitration, and in house litigation management.

At the same firm, Peter also served as Chief Operations Officer, overseeing 2000 plus employees and operations for all asset classes, such as hospitality, restaurant, multi family, single family, commercial, industrial, and specialty assets (amusement park).

Peter’s rich real estate and business background makes him especially adept at troubleshooting complicated business negotiations and solving difficult real estate problems.  Peter is licensed in MT and CA (inactive).
